We are seeking dedicated professionals to support participants living with mental health conditions into meaningful employment opportunities.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload of participants with mental health disability and provide tailored, person-centred support that empowers them to achieve their employment goals.
  • Deliver services using evidence-based approaches — including the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
  • Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.

Key Requirements
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification in a related field.
  • Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.

  • Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances.
