Job Overview

This role involves implementing and testing technical functionality, interacting with internal and customer teams on a technical level, building strong customer relationships and serving as an escalation point for resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide security solutions, recommendations, deliver enhancements and managed service for multiple engagements.
  • Understand and advise the customer honestly and accurately on technological identity and access management solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product support to customers to identify and resolve customer issues and enhancements.
  • Assist in build and configuration for customer solutions.
  • Provide documentation to customers and internal team members, including design implementation and reports where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in cyber security and/or technology industry is preferred, with experience in identity and access management solutions.
  • Preferred experience with market leading IDAM vendor products including one or more of the following: Auth0, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, ForgeRock, IBM, Microsoft, Okta, OneIdentity, Oracle, Thycotic, SailPoint (IIQ & IDN), Saviyant.
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript and demonstrable knowledge of object-oriented design best practice and patterns.
  • Experience deploying software across Windows, Linux and Unix platforms.
