Allied Health Professionals Wanted for Disability Employment Assessments
1 week ago
We are seeking a team of experienced Allied Health Professionals to carry out Ongoing Support Assessments (OSAs) and Supported Wage System (SWS) Assessments for the National Panel of Assessors.
Our ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher-level qualification in a relevant field, such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, or rehabilitation counselling.
The successful candidate will possess strong assessment skills, report writing skills, and computer skills, with a minimum of 2 years' practical experience in disability employment or a related sector.
Training and accreditation in the assessment tools will be provided, as well as an induction, ongoing professional development, and support.
OSAs determine the appropriate level of ongoing support that a participant needs to maintain their employment, while SWS Assessments provide a method for a reliable and independent work productivity assessment.
We value diversity and encourage people with disability, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, mature-aged workers, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to apply.
We adhere to the National Principles for Child Safety and require all team members to be committed to child safety and well-being.
