About the Role:
We are seeking a registered Social Worker, Counsellor, or Psychologist to deliver group therapy services to clients in their home and community environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based group therapy practices and be able to provide client-driven services that focus on personal goal attainment.
As a member of our multidisciplinary allied health team, you will work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide individualized support plans and interact with clients, family members, and community members.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and autonomous individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key requirements include:
- Registration with an Australian governing body (e.g., PACFA, ACA, AHPRA, or AASW)
- Satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)
- Current and unrestricted driver's license with access to a vehicle
- Minimum 1 year experience working in NDIS, mental health, or disability
- Group facilitator experience is desired but not required
