Assistant Director ICT Procurement Role

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and senior internal stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic advice on finance, procurement, operational management and business leadership across ITS functions to executive, CIO and senior ICT staff.
  • Contribute to the development of the team's strategic direction and leadership in support of organisational goals.
  • Develop and manage section budgets in consultation with the CIO, CFO and senior ICT staff.
  • Lead resources within the team responsible for information management.
  • Support procurement processes, contract and invoice management for the ITS team.

Requirements:

  • A formal qualification in procurement and/or contract management or other relevant professional qualifications.
  • NV1 Security Clearance desirable or minimum Baseline.
