Chief Aviation Compliance Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and compliance of a national capability development program in the aviation industry.
To achieve this goal, the manager will engage with management teams to support the development and delivery of local capability development and audit programs. Additionally, they will maintain regulatory standards and ensure the achievement of contractual objectives through effective collaboration and communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns;
Qualifications required for the position include:
- A strong background in aviation training and compliance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
