At the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team. This is a fixed term, full-time position with an immediate start.

We offer a 35-hour week with flexible hybrid working arrangements and participation in our 9-day fortnight scheme.

The successful candidate will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate with various teams to align business objectives with employees and the management team.

This role requires a strong background in human resources and the ability to influence and consult with all levels across the council.

  • Provide practical advice and support on operational matters, including recruitment, interpretation, and implementation of policies, procedures, awards, contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Support generalist activities.
  • Coordinate performance review processes for the organisation.
  • Raise requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with requisition practices.
  • Participate in wider projects and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
