Job Title: Director of Educational Excellence

  • Drive the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) with a strategic approach.
  • Build strong relationships with families, children, and the community.

About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote child development and learning.
  • Mentor and coach educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Improve educational practices through reflective practice and coaching.
  • Support educators in documentation and assessment.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across the Centre.
Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).

· Minimum 2 years' experience in a Room Leader or similar leadership role.

· Full Australian Working Rights.

· Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and child development principles.

· Experience with digital platforms is an advantage.

· Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

· Passionate about delivering high-quality education and care.
