Lead Cemetery Maintenance Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the upkeep of cemeteries in Brisbane.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.

  • Supervise maintenance staff
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Complete service requests as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in lawn care (cemetery experience highly regarded)
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • White card
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
