As a Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments, and sharing insights about local attractions.

Your role will involve ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process, collaborating closely with our resort operations team, and eloquently communicating the perks of traveling with Club Wyndham. Achieving set targets and KPIs will be part of your journey, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
