HR Assistant Role

This is a full-time HR Assistant position in Sydney, working with a dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support the onboarding process, assist with employee relations, coordinate HR events, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientations for new employees.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Coordinate HR events and activities, such as training sessions and team-building events.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence, such as offer letters and internal announcements.
  • Assist with benefits administration and provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
