We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and develop strategic sales plans across new and existing enterprise accounts.

This role involves partnering with senior decision-makers to identify and deliver innovative AV solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tactical sales strategies to propel growth within the enterprise sector.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients while expanding opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent opportunity generation.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that address customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by consistently closing new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and account management ideally within the technology or digital workplace solutions sector.
  • Strong background in prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with expertise in business justification, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Nice to have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise solution sales including hardware, software, and professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term customer relationships across complex organizations.
  • Ability to identify, position, and sell transformative solutions.
