Hatch's Dynamic Earth Solutions Team is seeking highly motivated undergraduate students with a strong academic record in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering to join our 12-week Vacation Program.
As part of our Geotechnical Team, you will provide civil engineering design expertise to our commodity-based business units and have the opportunity to work across mining, infrastructure, and energy. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, develop mentoring relationships, and work towards individual career goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to think laterally and innovatively to solve problems. We encourage applicants who are interested in exploring a future with a global consulting company and committed to creating positive change.
The program offers flexible work environments, opportunities for professional development, and a chance to attend networking events and learn from experienced professionals.
