We are seeking a recent graduate in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering to join our team as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will be involved in a wide range of projects across various sectors, including civil, environmental, and geotechnical engineering. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to diverse project environments, and develop your problem-solving and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally. They should also be innovative thinkers and problem-solvers, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects.
- Analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Document technical information and create reports.
- Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
- Recent graduate or graduating before 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
- Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
- Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired.
