Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Horsham. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensure the highest quality care for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children in the centre
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
Goodstart Horsham is a 70-place centre located in the central part of town, close to public transport, shops, and local amenities. Our centre is known for its beautiful location, nestled on the banks of the peaceful Wimmera River, and its vibrant array of arts and cultural events, sporting venues, and children's activities.
