Senior Energy Attorney Position Available

Job Title:
Energy and Resources Lawyer or AssociateThis position is a fantastic opportunity to join our Corporate and Commercial section in Perth.
The successful candidate will be involved in various matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures, offtake and farm-ins, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Equity capital markets transactions;
- Joint ventures, offtake and farm-ins;
- Regulatory, compliance and corporate governance advice;
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-4 years' post-admission experience gained in a corporate and commercial law practice;
- Experience in the energy and resources sector, including a strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- Corporate/commercial law experience, including transaction document drafting and assisting with due diligences;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, research and communication skills;
- Outstanding attention to detail;
- A genuine passion for contributing to the growth and success of our corporate practice;
- A team-player who can work autonomously within a supportive environment.
