Key Skills and Qualifications
Admission to practice law in Australia with significant commercial experience, preferably gained in the technology sector.
Confidence in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with some IP or licensing experience.
Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of your matters.
Comfortable navigating complex legal issues and providing clear, practical advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
