Project Finance Lawyer Position

We are seeking a seasoned finance attorney to join our team in Perth, Australia.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house, with strong technical skills in relation to finance law and drafting. They should also be able to address legal advice within a commercial context, work collaboratively, and mentor attorneys.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert legal advice on complex project finance and corporate finance matters;
- Driving business growth across multiple projects and teams;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Mentoring junior attorneys to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
