Your Role
We are seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims on behalf of our clients. This involves coordinating with stakeholders, investigating claims, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of insurance claims from inception to closure
- Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
- Analyze claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
