
Help Desk Specialist

We are looking for a key contact to manage sales and service inquiries, working with a friendly and inclusive team. Your tasks will include:
- Following up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met, including product specifications, special packaging and delivery timetables
- Nurturing relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
- Continuously improving the customer experience and total value proposition
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- A willingness to grow, learn and develop yourself
- Demonstrated computer competency, including MS Office
