We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to perform critical tasks within our branch teams.

About the Role
  • Coordinate daily operations including equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs and breakdowns.
  • Contribute to achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - customer loyalty, sales revenue and safety.
  • Complete administrative duties such as generating hire schedules and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a fast-paced work environment with strong time management skills.
  • Develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making.

  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, are necessary.
