Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Upsell products and services where appropriate, promoting our menu items and promotions.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
    • Manage cash handling and operate a point-of-sale system efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or a similar environment is preferred.
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
