About the Role

The Cafe Attendant will be responsible for managing the food and beverage service to residents and guests. This includes preparing and reheating food, making drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to residents and guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, floors, and workspaces
  • Operate coffee machines and food reheating equipment
  • Handle cash and reconcile daily
  • Prepare foods for display during shifts
  • Meet and greet customers in the cafe
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages

Requirements:

  • Barista experience required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Food Handling Certificate desirable
  • Food Preparation skills required
  • Barista Certificate desirable
  • Previous Cafe experience desirable

Working Hours:

Permanent Part time opportunity from Monday - Friday, 5 hours per day from 09:30 am to 14:30pm.

Bupa Villages and Aged Care is a NDIS approved provider. Employees working within a NDIS facility must have a completed NDIS check.
