About the Role

The Cafe Attendant is a key member of our food and beverage team, responsible for managing the service to residents and guests. This role requires the use of coffee machines, food reheating equipment, and cash handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Service

Prepare and serve food and beverages to residents and guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling and Reconciliation

Manage cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.

Food Presentation and Display

Prepare and display food and beverages in an attractive and appealing manner.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and concerns.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Barista Experience

Previous experience in a barista role is essential for this position.

Customer Service Experience

Previous customer service experience is also required, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents and guests.

Food Handling Certificate

A Food Handling Certificate is desirable, but not essential.

Food Preparation Skills

Basic food preparation skills are required, including the ability to prepare and serve food and beverages.
