We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Room Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Royal Park. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of services within our treatment room and assisting healthcare professionals with clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the treatment room and ensure efficient delivery of services
  • Conduct clinical duties, including health assessments and immunisations, under the direction of healthcare professionals
  • Assist with rostering, recruitment, and performance management of treatment room staff
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and treatment room staff to ensure standard operating procedures are followed

About You

We are looking for a registered nurse with prior experience in general practice or an acute setting. You will have a passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving the lives of our community. You will be a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, and be able to work independently with initiative.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Evidence of vaccination history and immunity
