Facilities Manager

This position is focused on ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
As a skilled maintenance professional, you will be responsible for managing site vehicles and loading dock areas, maintaining asset acquisition and disposals in our system, and reporting and managing resident and staff complaints regarding maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine and preventative maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues that may impact the safety and comfort of residents and staff.
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement efficient maintenance processes to reduce downtime and improve overall facility performance.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also possess a valid driver's license and a minimum of 12 months experience in preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
