Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to oversee the administration of contractor and general administrative services for our onsite facilities management team.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of Asset data, Asset disposal, and Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks are completed within required timeframes.

This role involves working closely with the Asset Supervisor and Asset Manager to deliver Reactive and Proactive maintenance across the site.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management systems and processes administration
  • A strong commitment to health and safety practices
  • Experience in general facilities management or building maintenance environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
