**About the role**

The role will be responsible for overseeing contractor administration and general administrative services for our onsite facilities management team in delivering results that align with our contracting aims of Quality Service and Value for Money as well as compliant with relevant policies and legislations. In addition this role is responsible for the efficient management of Asset data, Asset disposal and all Planned and Reactive Maintenance (MEX) Tasks are inputted correctly and completed within the required timeframes at YHIDC and other sites as required.

You will work closely with the Asset Supervisor and Asset Manager to deliver Reactive and Proactive maintenance across the site.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Qualifications or relevant experience in Facilities Management systems and processes administration
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to a high compliance work health and safety environment
- Exposure to a general facilities management or building maintenance environment
- A good level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
