Job Title: Power Platform Technical Functional Consultant

  • This role involves working with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions that meet their needs, and leading the delivery of applications, automations, and insights using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • You will be responsible for consulting with clients to define business problems and translate them into functional and technical designs, building and configuring solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, and facilitating workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT are essential, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with delivery leads, designers, and developers is also necessary to ensure quality outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of consulting experience, including technical or functional consulting with Microsoft Power Platform, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to map and improve them.
  • A solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI is required, as well as experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Additional desirable skills include business consulting and SCRUM master exposure, experience with Dynamics 365 (particularly Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules), familiarity with solution architecture and Power Platform governance best practices, and exposure to Azure services, custom connectors, or integration with external systems.
