We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Functional Consultant to join our team and drive business success using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for building and configuring solutions that meet our clients' needs, facilitating workshops and demos, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders across business and IT.
You will also contribute to solution governance, standards, and patterns across client environments and stay up-to-date with new Power Platform features and trends.
- Work closely with clients to define business problems and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Build and configure solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Facilitate workshops and demos to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
- Establish strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with delivery leads, designers, and developers to ensure quality outcomes
- Support client upskilling and adoption through training and documentation
- Contribute to solution governance, standards, and patterns across client environments
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of consulting experience, including technical or functional consulting with Microsoft Power Platform, a strong understanding of business processes, and ability to map and improve them.
A solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and ideally Power BI is also required. Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 integration is desirable.
Additional requirements include strong communication skills, confidence in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a growth mindset with a natural curiosity for solving problems with technology.
