Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Power Platform Developer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform components.

Your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools will be instrumental in addressing optimization scenarios within the organization. You will also have the opportunity to work with various data sources, integrate them seamlessly, and create automated processes to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 4-5 years specializing in Power Platform development. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Solution Development:
    • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
    • Integrate various data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse) to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Data Integration:
    • Create automated processes to enhance operational efficiency across different departments using Power Automate.
    • Extend Power Platform capabilities with custom connectors, PCF controls, and plugins as needed.
  • Automation:
    • Implement and promote best practices in application development, security, and performance optimization within the Power Platform environment.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in software development with at least 4-5 years specializing in Power Platform development.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Good knowledge of Dataverse, Common Data Service, and integration with various data sources.
  • Experience with custom connectors, API integrations, and working with RESTful services.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and Liquid.
  • Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a must.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
  • Familiarity with other low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Background in user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) development.
