Client Development Manager

Succeed in a client-facing role where you'll be responsible for managing key relationships, understanding customer needs and ambitions, and driving business growth.

This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and strategic direction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, analyzing customer requirements and expectations to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Think creatively about the value proposition and solutions that Schneider Electric can provide to customers.
  • Collaborate with the account team to develop a comprehensive customer strategy and value proposition.
  • Drive new business growth through new opportunities and improvements in existing areas.
  • Enhance customer engagement by building relationships at all levels within the customer's organization.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless delivery of digital Retail offers.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and develop corrective actions.
  • Familiarity with contracting and tendering procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory body requirements and Australian Standards.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • High-level technical capability and understanding.
