Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineer to lead the delivery of our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and technical expertise in civil engineering.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving results-oriented solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

  • Leading & mentoring junior engineers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing technical input to ensure project deliverables meet client needs
  • Ensuring budget-conscious project delivery and identifying cost-saving opportunities
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Civil Engineering degree (recognised by EA)
  • 10-20 years of experience in engineering and project management
  • Familiarity with Austroads/NZ standards and Australian regulations
  • Strong experience in geometric design and modeling, eg 12D or similar
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Proactive approach to mentoring and team management
