Job Title:

  • Customer Experience Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert with Administration skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive working relationship with customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide face-to-face customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  2. Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
  3. Responsible for scheduling repair bookings, issuing invoices, and raising job authorities as required.
  4. Support the Branch manager with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
