About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will provide advice, coaching and support to people leaders across a range of activities.

Key Duties:

  • Manage grievances and disciplinary processes, including investigations and preparing briefs and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with managers to assist in the effective management of employee performance and support the development of employees to reach their potential
  • Analyse trends to identify and recommend new HR programs and strategies to achieve organisational goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role within a large organisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A desire to work in a mission-based organisation that values its staff and provides opportunities for growth and development
