**Project Scheduling Coordinator Opportunity**

The Role

  •     Prepare and maintain construction schedules for both project and bespoke builds, ensuring milestones are met, resources are aligned, and projects flow smoothly from start to finish.
  •     Develop and manage build programs for project and custom homes.
  •     Update and track progress across multiple sites, maintaining timelines through effective communication and collaboration with supervisors, trades, suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential delays and address them proactively before impacting delivery.
  2. Provide regular reporting on project status to the Operations Manager.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous scheduling experience in residential construction (project or custom) and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Databuild and Client Manager is advantageous but not essential.
