Senior Regional Program Manager

The Geostrategic Group is seeking a skilled regional leader to drive maritime strategic policy and engagement with key partners across the Indo-Pacific Strategy and Indian Ocean regions.
- Develop and utilize marine resources to support strategic dialogues, academic exchanges, and capacity building initiatives.
- Provide assistance in combatting illegal fishing and deliver a comprehensive Marine Resources Initiative.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance Australia's influence in South Asia and the Indian Ocean region, driving outcomes that align with our Indo-Pacific objectives.
A successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, proven program management capabilities, and a demonstrated capacity to lead and manage teams or complex projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, delivering, monitoring, and evaluating programs.
- Liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Managing risks, identifying opportunities, and developing sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
