Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our clients in a dynamic call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer experiences. Key duties include:

  • Answering calls and assisting clients to minimise phone traffic to sites
  • Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Documenting and filing information accurately in our systems
  • Providing advocacy and information about our services
