Job Description

This senior finance role is focused on driving financial performance and strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies, leveraging automation and best practices.
  • Create in-depth management insights and presentations for the regional leadership team, showcasing key trends and recommendations.
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that inform executive decisions.
  • Analyse industry trends, economic indicators, and market developments, delivering quarterly overviews and strategic recommendations.
  • Promote finance transformation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align financial plans with business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in Finance, with significant expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis within a large or multinational organisation.
  • A proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting at regional or business unit level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience linking financial outcomes to business drivers.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and data storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is highly regarded.
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA).
