About the Role

This exciting opportunity has become available for an IT Service Desk Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting all IT systems across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support for all IT systems in the corporate office and hotels and resorts across the group
  • Taking ownership of assigned support jobs to ensure proper resolution and completion of all tasks to the customer's satisfaction
  • Recording all Service Desk support jobs and resolutions
  • Effective planning of Service Desk tasks to ensure correct prioritisation of jobs
  • Maintain strong technical competence across all IT systems (hardware and software) supported by the Service Desk
  • Provide basic training in software used by our organization

Requirements:

  • Telecommunications products
  • IT hardware
  • Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Office packages
  • Tertiary qualifications/Microsoft Certifications will be highly regarded for this position but are not essential
