As a property expert with valuation, development management, or quantity surveying experience, you will play a key role in our finance team.

This position sits within the Global Institutional Banking Coverage team, where you will lead banking relationship management and provide transaction banking, risk management, and capital solutions to our customers.

We are seeking a professional who can deploy their skills in a dynamic finance construct environment. Our goal is to build a progressive and innovative workplace that prioritizes customer experiences and leverages AI and technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Valuation & Advisory: Review and evaluate property valuations for new transactions and provide consultancy advice to frontline bankers and credit officers.

- Project Oversight: Analyse project cash flows and model costs to completion of property development projects.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide frontline banker support on property finance opportunities and develop effective business relationships with industry contacts.

- Team & Culture: Contribute to action planning to ensure effective team culture and create an environment of curiosity and proactivity within the team.

- Risk & Compliance: Adhere to the risk appetite of the Bank and ensure compliance, conduct, training, and regulatory obligations are met.

Requirements include:

- Certified Property Valuer as regulated by the Australian Property Institute

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in valuation, quantity surveying, or development management

- Solid understanding of industry sectors and key drivers

- Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

- Strong customer focus with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
