Driving Growth Equity Opportunities

This position is focused on leading and executing growth equity opportunities in later stage venture and private equity.
You will have a unique skillset and be a senior member of our investment team, responsible for managing a portfolio of growth equity investments across the deal life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate potential investments through market and commercial analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment
- Lead a team on due diligence, negotiation, and structuring of investment opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Work closely with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance within regulatory requirements
Personal Specification:
- 7 – 10 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance and growth private equity
- Finance, business administration, or accounting/ law degree & experience
- Strong financial analysis skills, including financial modelling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
