Growth Equity Investment Opportunities

We are seeking two Investment Associates to join our team, providing exposure to all aspects of investing and portfolio management.
Candidates will likely have 2-4 years of transactional M&A experience gained from either an investment bank or a private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Australia and well-respected global institutional investors.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with management teams across the portfolio to support their growth and create lasting impact. The Investment Associates will be involved in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio company monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the execution of investment transactions
- Conducting financial modeling and analysis
- Monitoring portfolio companies
- Collaborating with the investment team on deal sourcing and due diligence
Requirements:
- Transaction experience in the field of M&A or private equity
