Job Description:

The role of Principal Product Excellence Architect is a senior position that focuses on leading the successful delivery of ITOM projects for global customers, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and satisfaction remains high. This architect will accelerate time-to-value by developing and applying repeatable solutions and approaches that improve implementation efficiency and customer outcomes.

This individual will assist with escalations, work closely with product teams to share feedback and insights from customer experiences, and contribute to ITOM strategy. Hands-on configuration, reporting, and dashboards are also key responsibilities. This person must have strong technical understanding and experience in one or more areas such as AI integration, ServiceNow ITOM products, Windows Domain and Unix System Administration, Enterprise architecture domains, cloud management platforms, and IT operations experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive end-to-end resolution of complex, high-visibility global customer issues, act as a bridge between customers and R&D, define and refine best practices, troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues, and partner closely with ServiceNow R&D teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with cultural diversity are essential. Proven team player and team builder skills are also necessary.

A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, is required.
