Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Solutions Architect to join our team, impacting millions of customers. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be at the heart of our delivery squads, guiding engineers, setting standards, and ensuring technical excellence in solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive innovation, work closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with product vision.
- Mentor and guide engineers to deliver quality solutions aligned with product vision.
- Lead technical delivery from design and estimation through to build, testing, and operations.
- Define and continuously improve technical best practices and patterns.
- Support development, unblock technical challenges, and solve complex issues.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, including mentoring and performance guidance.
- Strong backend development skills, particularly in .NET.
- Solid cloud experience (preferably with AWS).
- Hands-on experience with Open Search.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across disciplines and stakeholders.
