- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary, evidence-based practice in work with young people who offend.">

- Allocate, prioritise, and quality assure individual tasks in accordance with departmental procedures.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve task management and productivity.">
- Cultural Competence:">
- ">
- Contribute to a culture that ensures sensitive and effective communication with people from other cultures.">
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cooperation on case-related matters.">
- Performance Evaluation:">
- ">
- Assist in identifying trends and issues in client service delivery and evaluating client outcomes.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and client satisfaction.">
- Safety and Wellbeing:">

- Oversee the suicide risk management process in the youth justice service centre.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes for clients.">

- Provide ongoing recruitment, selection, professional development, and culturally appropriate supervision and leadership to staff.">
