Clinical Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be the clinical face of our business across both Perth and regional areas, working closely with clinicians to provide education, training, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical expertise to support the development and implementation of new products and services
  • Collaborate with clinicians to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Deliver high-quality training to ensure that customers have the necessary skills to use our products effectively
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate this knowledge into your work

Requirements:

  • A clinical background - nursing preferred, OT or physiotherapy also considered
  • Strong knowledge of pressure injury prevention, wound care, or patient handling
  • Confident delivering education and training to a variety of clinical audiences
  • Tech-savvy and organised, with experience using CRM or scheduling tools
  • Exposure to healthcare sales or devices is a plus, but not essential if you bring the right energy and attitude
