About the role

This is a varied, fast-paced position where no two days look the same. One moment you'll be developing our marketing strategy, the next you're responding to a critical event, or managing a campaign that inspires real change.

You will lead the development and execution of community-focused marketing, ranging from partnerships to sports, while owning our reputation strategy.

  • Own and evolve our brand reputation and community marketing strategy
  • Lead campaigns that build customer trust and engagement
  • Navigate shifting priorities
  • Partner across teams including agencies and Ops
  • Translate insight into action, continuously optimising
  • Champion ideas that make a genuine difference

About you and your skills

You're a natural at building relationships, calm under pressure, and love working on initiatives that give back. You're someone who can think strategically and get things done. You'll have a generalist marketing background and a genuine passion for community-driven work.

  • 8+ years' experience across marketing with integrated campaign exposure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic nous with the ability to pivot quickly when needed
  • Cool-headedness in reactive or high-pressure situations
  • An interest in building brand trust, reputation and social impact
  • A test-and-learn mindset with the ability to prioritise what matters most
