About the Role:

Duratec Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lead to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Commercial and Contract Administration function, you will be responsible for leading the overall function of Commercial & Contract Administration in our Newington Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve Contract Administration mechanisms to ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  • Commercial review of Head Contracts, MSA's, and Agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide support and work with Area and Operation Managers to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met.
  • Implement and support subcontract management processes to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role with a strong understanding of contract administration and commercial correspondence.
  • High levels of proficiency in Head Contract and Subcontract commercial correspondence, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand risks and limitations associated with all project legal agreements and requirements.
  • Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present information to a range of audiences.
