  • About the Role
  • As the Commercial Manager for Infrastructure Projects, you will take charge of managing budgets, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will collaborate closely with our passionate project team to provide strategic commercial insights and support.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Financial Reporting: Regularly update budgets and provide financial status reports to ensure project alignment.
    • Risk Management: Support the Project Manager in minimising risk exposure and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
    • Cost Control: Authorise cost transfers, manage subcontractor payments, and process claims in line with project requirements.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and the site team on progress, variations, and financial documentation.
    • Team Support: Facilitate team performance, provide commercial guidance, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Requirements
    • Experience in commercial management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, risk management, and cost control.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
